I have a dual sided kitchen sink with a garbage disposal. Either side of the sink will slowly fill when I run the water and will drain extremely slowly. If I turn the garbage disposal on (which seems to be running fine) The water bubbles up and fills into the other side of the sink.

Why Isn’t 122 Dead Americans Every Day a National Health Emergency? by Donna Smith – Common Dreams Why does H1N1 call for a Presidential designation as a national emergency while the preventable deaths of 45,000 Americans every year (122 every day) is not?
